After completing signup and payment, log into your account portal. Under "My Devices" you will find your configuration file for download and a QR code for mobile devices. Each device gets its own config.
SecureConnect uses the official WireGuard app on all platforms — it is free, open-source, and available on the App Store (iOS/Mac), Google Play (Android), and wireguard.com (Windows). You import your config file from us into that app.
Personal plans support up to 5 simultaneous devices. Personal+ plans support up to 10 devices. Business plans support unlimited devices — each employee gets their own configuration.
WireGuard is significantly faster than older VPN protocols. Most users see less than 5–10% speed reduction. On congested or throttled ISP connections, a VPN can actually improve speeds by bypassing traffic shaping.
Log into your account portal and go to Billing → Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no runaround.
First, check your device's platform setup guide above — most drop issues are caused by incorrect MTU settings or a firewall blocking UDP port 51820. If the issue persists, contact us at support@secureconnect.global with your platform and a description of the problem.
No. We do not log your browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses, connection timestamps, or bandwidth usage. Our no-logs policy is enforced architecturally — the data is never written to disk. See our privacy policy for full details.
