Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SecureConnect VPN, operated by Switzer Enterprises, 630 Davis Street, Vacaville, CA 95688. By using SecureConnect you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
SecureConnect provides a WireGuard®-based Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
2. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may use SecureConnect for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal downloading, distribution, or sharing of copyrighted material
- Accessing, transmitting, or distributing child sexual abuse material
- Conducting network attacks, port scanning, or penetration testing of systems you do not own
- Sending spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk communications
- Accessing systems or data without authorization
- Any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
Violation of this acceptable use policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Billing and payment
Subscriptions are billed at the frequency selected at signup (monthly or annually). All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each billing year. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your account portal.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 7-day refund on your first subscription payment if you are unsatisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge by contacting support@secureconnect.global. Subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by infrastructure failures, maintenance, DDoS attacks, or events outside our control.
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice and without refund. We also reserve the right to discontinue the service with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
9. Limitation of liability
SecureConnect and Switzer Enterprises are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Solano County, California.
11. Changes to terms
We will notify users by email of material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
